Tuckahoe School Officials Give Updates At Town Hall Meeting

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. -- Tuckahoe Middle School will hold a town hall meeting with parents and guardians in the school library on Thursday, Feb. 11.

Interim Superintendent Charles Wilson, Superintendent-elect Carl Albano and Board of Education President Julio Urbina will update parents on the strategic plan and board goals, share Albano's vision for the district and hear ideas and answer questions.

Students can enter the Scholastic Grand Prix Chess Tournament on Saturday at the William E. Cottle School. Applications are available from Ms. Kramer.

The school has also issued the following calendar reminders for the next two weeks:

Monday: Modified girls basketball (home), 4:30 p.m.
Thursday: Eighth grade Common Core Algebra I midterm.
Thursday: Modified boys basketball (home), 4:15 p.m.
Friday: End of the second marking period.
Feb. 2: Modified girls basketball (home), 4:15 p.m.
Feb. 4: Modified girls basketball (home), 4:15 p.m.
