Eastchester broke open the game with a seven-run third inning. Eastchester manager Ken Graham credited Ashley Anello, Carson DeLasho and Giuliana Fogliano with contributing big hits. He also cited the defense of catcher Tori Santomaura, centerfielder Brid O’Connell and first baseman Calabro,

“Every girl is contributing whether it is with solid hits, good base running or defensive plays,” Ken Graham said. “The girls are playing really well as a team and that’s what is making the games fun. “It’s exciting and rewarding to see their improvement from practice to practice and game to game. It is a pleasure to coach such a good group of girls. Eastchester should be proud of how well the girls are playing.”
