The bus was dislodged and able to make it to the Lackawanna toll plaza at around 4:30 a.m. Wednesday, according to a tweet from coach Kendra Faustin, ending more than 26 hours of being immobile.

"On our way back to campus now!" Faustin tweeted just before dawn @NiagaraWBB.

Corselli, a Yonkers resident and sophomore guard, conducted a phone interview with ESPN during the ordeal that you can watch here.

Niagara was returning from Monday night's 70-54 loss at the University of Pittsburgh when the bus, which departed at 10 p.m., stopped moving on the Thruway several hours later.

According to WIVB News 4 Buffalo, some parts of the area will reach 90 inches of snow accumulation on Wednesday, believed to be the most in Buffalo in more than 40 years.
