TUCKAHOE, N.Y. -- A three-week baseball clinic will highlight the Tuckahoe Youth Association's fall baseball season which begins on Sept. 17 and runs through Oct. 31.
According to a news release by the TYA, the fall baseball season will have teams in Majors (11-12 years old), Minors (9-10), Youth Instructional and Rookies Instructional divisions.
Players will experience learning and improving their skills in baseball and immediately applying what they've learned in their fall games.
The TYA asks that parents register children within their appropriate age group and not to move children up a division as it may lead to errors in the placement of players and the risk of children not being placed on a team.
The club is also scheduling its games to avoid conflict with the upcoming football season.
