Purple Heart Recipient Frank C. Dotolo, 72, Was A Longtime Resident Of Irvington Longtime Westchester resident Frank C. Dotolo died in Sebastian, FL on May 6. He was a resident of Vero Beach, FL at the time of his death.  Frank was born on July 26, 1948 to Frank and Marie Dotolo in Irvington. Frank attended Immaculate Conception School in Irvington and was a 1966 graduate of Archbishop Stepinac High School.  He attended Westchester Community College and received training as a commercial artist.
