Eastchester 20-/30-Somethings Book Club Tackles 'Happiness Project'

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. -- Join fellow 20- and 30-somethings for a book discussion of the New York Times best-seller "The Happiness Project" at the Eastchester Public Library on Monday, April 25.

The new book club for the younger generation will meet monthly and explore a variety of genres. 

Gretchen Rubin is the author of several books, including "The Happiness Project" and "Happier at Home." She has an enormous readership, both in print and online, and her books have sold more than 2 million copies worldwide. On her weekly podcast, "Happier with Gretchen Rubin," she discusses good habits and happiness with her sister Elizabeth Craft. 

Rubin started her career in law and was clerking for Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor when she realized she wanted to be a writer. She lives in New York City with her husband and two daughters.

The event begins at 7 p.m. Copies of the book are available at the circulation desk at the library, 11 Oakridge Place. Pre-registration is suggested online at eastchesterlibrary.org
