TUCKAHOE, N.Y. -- Seniors from Tuckahoe took trips to upstate New York and Manhattan recently.
The local residents of The Fountains at RiverVue took the Circle Line tour of Manhattan, while the second trip was a day spent in Washingtonville. A tour of Brotherhood Winery was included.
The trips were escorted by Christine Nazzaro, community life director.
“I had never visited Brotherhood Winery before, and I really enjoyed (it)," said Estelle Brocks.
Her neighbor on the trip, Connie Rinaldi, said, “What a gorgeous day. I enjoyed the trip up, the lunch, walking around the winery, and, of course, the tasting. Very good wine.”
“We really had a great week of trips with great weather on both days,” said Nazzaro,
