- An Eastchester Department of Public Works employee was killed when he was crushed by a sanitation truck on Monday, Oct. 7, according to LoHud.com.
- Less than one month after an unknown suspect burglarized more than 20 CubeSmart self-storage units , Tuckahoe police may have found their man after a second attempt at the building.
- A new long-term management agreement for Scout Field in Bronxville was announced by County Executive Rob Astorino that will guarantee continued recreational programming for local residents including the construction of a new youth soccer field.
- While Republicans and Democrats continue to have it out down in the nation’s capital, Westchester County residents continue to be shut out of St. Paul’s Church in Mount Vernon.
