Eastchester Man Accused Of Spying On Neighbors Will Undergo Treatment

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. -- An Eastchester man accused of installing cameras in his neighbors' bathroom and bedroom was released from jail on $25,000 bond and will be admitted to St. Vincent Hospital in Harrison, N.Y., to undergo mental-health treatment, according to LoHud.com

David Petruccelli, 42, was arrested on Halloween and accused of installing "nanny cams" in his neighbors' house in an effort to spy on them. Petruccelli was accused of  retrieving videos from the cameras and watching for six months, LoHud.com reported. 

Petrucelli's case has been adjourned until Nov. 27, LoHud.com said.
