Frigid New Year's Eve In Store For Eastchester

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The stretch of unseasonably warm weather will exit Westchester County and be replaced with bitter cold on New Year's Eve.

Highs will struggle to get above freezing in New Year's Eve during the day, and will drop into the low 20s overnight as residents gather to celebrate the new year.

Sun will remain in the forecast with chilly temperatures through Friday.

Rain and snow could threaten the area on Saturday.
