Police: Tuckahoe Brothers Arrested After Hosting After-Party For Teens

TUCKAHOE, N.Y. – Two Tuckahoe brothers were arrested after hosting a boozy after-party for as many as 50 high school students after an event at the school, police said.

After a Seniors’ Dinner on Thursday night at the Tuckahoe High School, Hyun Shin, 62, and Hyun Shin, 57, provided vodka and beer to the students in the basement of a Minturn Road home, police said.

The brothers were arrested on charges of unlawful dealings with minors and endangering the welfare of children, police said. The daughter of one suspect was among the 50 students, police said. He uncle was the other person charged, police said.

Tuckahoe police officers got an assist from the Bronxville Police Department when several of the underage drinkers attempted to flee, police said. Parents were alerted and advised to pick up their children, police said.
