Tuckahoe Resident Named To Wedc Board of Directors

TUCKAHOE, N.Y – Tuckahoe resident Karen A. Campbell and Jacqueline J. Warner of Ossining have been named to the board of directors of the Women’s Enterprise Development Center (WEDC). 

The WEDC is a not-for-profit program that that strives to help women achieve prosperity through small business development. It trains economically disadvantaged and minority women to become self-sufficient in the small business world.

“We are very fortunate to have Karen and Jacqueline join our board,” Executive Director Anne Janiak said in a statement. “Their combined legal and financial expertise will be a true asset to the WEDC as we continue to expand our services.

Campbell has been the vice president and wealth management advisor at Merrill Lynch in Scarsdale and White Plains for nine years. Before assuming that position, she was a corporate banker with three different international banks. She is a certified financial planner and chartered retirement planning counselor.

Warner is an attorney with the national law firm of Hinman, Howard and Kattell in White Plains. She has more than two decades of experience with various legal issues, as well as real estate planning and administration. The twice self-published author advises clients on starting and growing businesses and contract negotiations.
