The foundation will host the event at 7 p.m. at the New York Athletic CLub on Travers Island in Pelham Manor, according to a press release. Tickets for the evening of "fun, food and prizes" are $90 in advance or $100 at the door and include a cocktail hour, dinner buffet and an evening of Las Vegas style table games, according to the release.
The foundation is a nonprofit organization and the annual event is "the Foundation’s only fund-raiser and provides the largest means of support for all the programs and grants they provide each year," according to the release. The foundation awards non-school budgetary grant requests from Tuckahoe teachers for key academic items to enrich the education of the children in the Tuckahoe Schools, according to the release.
