Staying Sharp: Ask The Experts About Keeping Your Brain Young, in White Plains

On Saturday, December 1 the Staying Sharp seminar, a FREE public event on brain health will be held in the Westchester County Center in White Plains, New York. The event will include a panel discussion—from 10 am to 11:30 am—by local neuroscience experts, followed by a thirty minute long Q&A with the audience. The discussion will cover changes with memory in the aging brain—changes that are normal, and when to be concerned, Alzheimer’s disease, and successful aging and keeping the brain healthy. The Staying Sharp program is presented through a partnership between the Dana Foundation, AARP and a generous grant from MetLife Foundation.
