For the Liquor Aficionado: A bunch of local residents are brewing up interesting spirits, among them Neversinks Aged Apple Brandy made in Port Chester by Noah Braunstein and Yoni Rabino, friends from Mamaroneck High School. The brandy uses 100 percent New York State-grown ingredients and will have a booth at the Larchmont Farmer's Market Saturday, June 18. Another area creation: Good Shepherd Distillery in Mamaroneck created by Port Chester resident Vinny Miati.
