Eastchester Seniors "Show Stopping" Around Westchester

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. – A group of women at the Senior Center at Lake Isle in Eastchester have been cutting up a rug and entertaining folks around the county.

The Show Stoppers – also known as the Lake Isle Dancers – are a dance troupe led by Paula Tarantino, a former Radio City Music Hall Rockette. The group is made up of 15 women between the ages of 68 and 92.

The ladies have put on performances at the Davenport Club in New Rochelle, for the Eastchester and Pelham Women’s Clubs and at the Westchester County Center’s Senior Fall Festival. Future shows have been scheduled at various nursing homes around the county.
