A group of longtime Eastchester Boy Scouts ascended to the top of the scouting hierarchy, earning Eagle Scout rank.

A man who was subject of a narcotics investigation took a fatal fall from his third-floor apartment window in an attempt to flee from Yonkers police Friday night, officials said.

For the second year in a row, Westchester ranked first for healthy behaviors, out of 62 counties statewide, according to the County Health Ranking.e
