Rainy Week On Tap For Eastchester

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A chance of rain is in the forecast for every day this week in Westchester County, the National Weather Service says.

The forecast for Monday calls for scattered showers, with thunderstorms and heavy rain possible, the weather service said. Otherwise, it will be mostly cloudy, with a high near 77 degrees. 

Isolated showers and thunderstorms will continue into Monday evening with patchy fog after midnight, the weather service said. 

Tuesday will open with chance of showers and thunderstorms, according to the forecast. Skies will be partly sunny, with a high near 76 degrees. 

Wednesday continues with chance of showers and thunderstorms, cloudy skies and a high near 75, the weather service said. 

It will be more of the same on Thursday and Friday with a chance of more rain, the forecast says.
