Born in Italy, Santoro was the owner and operator of Tuckahoe Florist, Crystal Home Cleaners and ACS Painting. He was a parishioner of St. Columba Church in Hopewell Junction and a member of the Italian American Club.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Carolyn DeCintio; his sons, Alexander Santoro of Tuckahoe and William Santoro of Fort Myers, Floria; his grandchildren, Philip Jr., Alexander, Summer Brook, Nicholas and Felisha; his siblings, Carmine Santoro and John Santoro; and many brothers- and sisters-in-laws, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Santoro was predeceased by his son, Philip Santoro Sr.; his parents, Guiseppe and Miracolina (Della Penna) Santoro; and his brother, Steve Santoro.
Visiting hours were scheduled from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday, Jan. 29, at the McHoul Funeral Home, 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. A Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, at St. Columba Church, 835 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. Interment will follow at St. Denis Cemetery.
