Adriana M. Pentz had a blood alcohol content greater than four times the legal limit when she crashed into another car in the southbound lanes of the parkway near Cleveland Street shortly after noon, police said. Two of her children, ages 1 and 3, were passengers in the car. No serious injuries were reported, according to authorities.

Pentz, 35, submitted to a Breathalyzer, which revealed her blood alcohol content to be .36 percent, police said. She was arrested at the scene of the crash and later arraigned in Mount Pleasant Town Court, where she was charged with felony DWI under Leandra's Law.

Pentz was taken to the Westchester County jail on $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 bond and is to return to court at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 4.
