TUCKAHOE, N.Y. - For the second straight year, the Republican-heavy Tuckahoe Board of Trustees will be challenged by a Democrat on Tuesday when the polls open on village elections in Westchester County.
On Tuesday, when voters head to the polls, they will have the option of choosing between incumbent Republicans Steve Alfasi and Antonio Lee, who are once again facing off against Democratic challenger Anthony Fiore Jr., an auxiliary police officer and volunteer firefighter.
Polls will open at 7 a.m. and close at 9 p.m. at Tuckahoe Village Hall. The victors will serve two-year terms at a stipend slightly larger than $5,000 annually.
