In Tuckahoe, two one-bedroom, one and one-half bathroom condominiums are available for $440,000 and $545,000 on Scarsdale Road.

In Scarsdale, a 4,388-square-foot property on Boulder Ridge Road is selling for $1.149 million. A co-operative at Chateaux Circle is being shown at $269,000. A home on Taunton Road with seven bedrooms and five and one half bathrooms can be had for $1.999 million. On River Road, a five bedroom Colonial is available for $799,000 and a 1,888-square-foot property on Carman Road is selling for $739,000.
