EASTCHESTER, N.Y. - Eastchester High School varsity sports athletes and coaches will host the First Annual Youth Sports Day for all elementary school students on Saturday, Sept. 29 on the Eastchester Middle and High School campus.
District Athletic Director Jason Karol said fall varsity sports coaches and teams will be setting up free clinics for Eastchester students in kindergarten through fifth grade. Students can choose football, soccer, cross country track, volleyball or cheerleading clinics that will run from noon to 2 p.m.
"The (students) will learn what high school athletics is all about," Karol said in a press release. "This will be a fun day for all, with food, raffles and prizes."
