Eastchester's Dalton Takes Second In Westchester Swim Diving

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. - Eastchester's Grant Dalton placed second Tuesday in the boys 14-7 age group division at the 88th Annual Westchester Swim Conference Diving Championships at Lake Isle Pool in Eastchester.

Dalton, representing Rye's Coveleigh Club, compiled 150 points to finish behind Evan Moretti of the Scarsdale Pool who won the title with 203 points.

Coveleigh's Norah Murphy won the girls 14-17 title with 178.50 points.

Dalton, who has been diving since he was eight years old, attends Iona Prep and dives with High Dive Champions in Purchase with Coach Mike Darland. He will be captain of Iona Prep's Swim Dive Team this coming year, which will be his senior year.
